Colorado Brownfields Foundation is Expanding, Welcomes New Employee
Littleton, CO (December 17, 2008) – Colorado Brownfields Foundation (CBF) is proud to announce and welcome Debra (Deb) Phenicie as the organization's project director.
Formerly a part-time special consultant for CBF, Phenicie steps into her new role as a project director. In this new position, she will work with local communities and brownfield stakeholders to facilitate redevelopment and to educate the public on land reuse issues.
Phenicie joins the Colorado Brownfields Foundation team with over 20 years of experience in environmental and civil engineering; her primary focus has been on the remediation and reuse of contaminated properties, including redevelopment projects in the City and County of Denver. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee and is a registered Professional Engineer in Colorado and Wyoming.

Colorado Brownfields Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Colorado nonprofit organization dedicated to removing environmental obstacles to economic and community development. CBF partners with communities, local governments, other non profits, and commercial enterprises to help reuse and redevelop brownfields sites.
