Our Vision
Colorado Brownfields Foundation is a 501c3 Colorado nonprofit corporation that provides technical assistance with financing, redeveloping and reusing brownfield sites. CBF is an approved Colorado Enterprise Zone Contribution Project.
CBF provides services to promote the cleanup and reuse of environmentally impaired sites and facilitates in-fill development. CBF seeks to create public benefits that may include creating business-ready sites, stimulating investment in the local economy, directly combating community deterioration, and/or preserving green space.
CBF operates with a dedicated staff and is governed by a five member Board of Directors and an Advisory Council of community and industry leaders.
